Cyl don't need to toll mill for nobody and I am totally opposed to it. In fact cyl need to refuse to toll mill for any other operator so that they can put that operator out of business and pick up that operator mineral asset for zero in bk or buy them out for paper like rockefeller did with competing oil refineries.
