    You are correct about the rights issue, I am tossing up whether to participate or wait until they are again below .005 which without PPA's will only be a couple of weeks.

    I am more concerned with all the turmoil within the business and no real explanation to the market. We really need a statement of direction from the Board.

    Rudderless ship is a term which springs to mind.
