I think WHC timed it perfectly. We had a pile of cash as a result of last year's high coal prices, than came the opportunity. We bet other bidders to seal the deal using debt and nill share issues. Winning tier 1 assets which we are experienced operators. Fluctuations in the coal price is a given, and it could work both ways, coal prices can rise sharply.
