And as Romano said look at how much debt YAL took on. Debt is usually required for all deals of this magnitude. Comparing to other resources stocks on the ASX WHC's debt is manageable. Look at S32 or EVN as recent examples
To do a deal the size of your existing market cap using vendor finance without issuing stock/dilution is a masterstroke.
