They are paying less of their profits out 20% instead of maybe 50%. so it's 7cents instead of 17.5cents. The rest and a very large part of it is due to coal prices. next divvy will probably be less about 5cents.
The reason they are paying out 20% is as masami said because of the mines they are buying.
