Watching this almost four minute video is tedious, so no need.
There's a few LAU-liveried containers, but as this train that originated in Brisbane (Acacia Ridge) on Holy Thursday night passed through Narara (north of Gosford) on Good Friday at slow speed (presumably following another train on the busy Sydney-Newcastle Interchange/Maitland line), between 0:39 and 0:46 former Scott's and Rand railable containers are in the frame.
There's a good chance they're some of the $22 million in assets that LAU picked up from the ashes of Scott's in liquidation:
