When you have worked it out how much downside is priced in could you please share with us.
Management team with average tenure of 6.3 years could be considered seasoned and experienced, however CEO Clay McDonald has been in the job less than a year and his competence in this role is yet to be determined. He has no 'skin in the game'. Based upon performance he may struggle to achieve STI (albeit many factors outside his control). Here are the profiles of the leadership team:
