FYI I've got no great expectations regarding management's ability to turn this around.

I did take this opportunity to build my position in the company. I see a similar angle as gasoroil with respect to my investment in this company as an asset play where the break up value will be higher than as a going concern in the hands of current management.

This is relying on there being agents to agitate for change such as Troy Harry who have significant capital position at risk with a seat at the table to drive an agenda to liberate the stock's intrinsic value.
