I am disgusted that the two that remain have not tendered their resignations. Laughable that they have the hide to retain the right to re-hire new directors to help them avoid consequences. Bring in ASIC.

We need to vote them all out at the next AGM and replace the auditors, the legal reps and anyone else with links to the current Chair.

Anyone who thinks that the IP has not been completely ripped away by the two Chinese thieves is kidding themselves.
China is gone as a market for us. Cut and run and manufacture somewhere with a rule of law. Seek IP protection in jurisdictions where law can be enforced. Forget about markets where it cant.
