As I mentioned before, the result of the management changes has resulted in slower decision making and maybe a lack of resources. They should not have got stuck with so much cash after such a huge drop in the sharemarket. Those are the times to buy if they were prepared and had completed their research of new opportunities. Once the Fed did 180 degree back blip in Jan/late December, it was the signal to at least put some of that cash to use.
Right now, we have actually very little invested in the market. That extra cash will now hopefully be returned.
