Why is there no interest for GDI on the HC forum? Perhaps REIT's dont' make the most exciting stock chat.
I rate the mgmt team and their track record highly. Combination of design and the corona meant that there big bets on Perth have paid off.
Opportunistic with acquistions, and shown their ability to reposition assets (NABER's uplift / refurbishments) means that they have doubled their money on Cavil St (Sold 2021) and the book value of the Perth properties also well up on purchase price.
Add in a small but profitable funds management business.... it's an easy stock for me to hold at these prices. Very limited downside risk from $1.03
