hey Gerling I'm a few months late to respond! I've just jumped back in again after seeing Blackrock accumulate to 6%. I was a shareholder for years then sold out at start of Covid and put cash on the bench. They are great operators, good yield, responsible debt levels. Last time I nearly doubled my share price and got a yield of 9% along the way. Lets hope they can get up to around $1.50 again!
