so far the correct decision to avoid. Paying dividends out of capital is never a good idea, further more it seems their on market buy back has dried up, even with share prices down further.
Maybe nothing, or maybe suggests cash flow is tight.
Any way interesting watching, but haven't striked yet, still safely on the sidelines with my capital intact.
