Regarding Senegal, Edison revised their valuation of Cairn due to 'Exploration Set Backs', and downgraded the stock.

I note also WPL appear to indicate that FARs arbitration will not be accepted by the ICC, hence they suggest they will become Operator sooner rather than later ..imo
