Regardless of whether FAR wins or lose at Arbitration, they won't be able to get the "assets" (SNE, FAN, Rusf) from WPL.
The moment WPL spent money (within the JV) drilling on appraisals and new prospects was the moment FAR lost all chances of getting the "assets".
However, they may still be able to get damages awarded to them (against COP), if they win.
