Yes I agree Cosmo, however, if the arbitration request is 'thrown out' (we will know shortly), then there is no chance of success for FAR at all - then the JV can proceed as planned...imo.
Interesting also that WPLs development plans include ONLY the 500 series sands as Phase I, hopefully CNE give a breakout of these on Monday night - the market will value the asset only on Phase I imo.... this may be circa 200mmbbls imo, hence the sagging SPs at FAR and CNE.
