Please read Independent Auditor's Review Report presented in the Half Year Report 31 Dec 2015 very carefully with open mind.
It is beyond reasonable doubt the financial position of CTO is in critical position.
Its assets value cannot be ascertain. Please refer to auditor's review in "Basis for Disclaimer of Opinion"
Its current liabilities of 17.5 mil with only 0.4 mil of current asset.
half year Interest and other costs of finance paid is 2.2mil
I am so glad I have sold all CTO share last year, unfortunately many of my friends are still holder of CTO share.
I sincerely wish all faithful shareholder the very best of luck and hope that a white knight will come to the rescue before administration take over.
