As the intention of my previous post.....there is no dead zone if during the extra time required for EPA approval we get during this time binding off take agreements with Tata and LE and others....funding/project partnership commitments from Tata....details of down stream electrolyte plants with LE and the like of battery builders like Sumitomo......
