looks like a CR is definetly on the cards, hopefully at a discount and i fully expect rights based = a positive in holding right now...
I expect it will be license, then CR, there is a chance its done immediately after each other which would mean the SPP itself could make for a great arbitrage position (sell and buy back at SPP)
