I'd be AMAZED if this company can obtain anywhere near the USD540 million for the Capex required. And when I say anywhere near, I really mean even USD50 million would be unlikely. Look at SRK sale of East Paulsen iron ore assets (including export hub) and what we were told it was worth.

Would anyone buy less than a majority share in a JV. Control would be an ABSOLUTE must for a buyer. Look at SRK management of it's iron ore assets.

Would anyone offer to buy LEL outright - this is the only VIABLE option really for any bidder. Look at SRK sale of iron ore assets, especially the apparent previous offer for the Apurimac iron ore asset some years back. But, SRK management have hopes to manage any ongoing LEL operation - really!!!
