So as usual an insult and no answer of any substance - no profit and a dwindling cash balance. They have a buyback you say "plus buy back they can go when ever they like" but they aren't executing it. Any company can announce a buyback, there is no obligation to execute - management haven't since November and with that financial position it would be imprudent to do so now - if you disagree tell me why? Posting that they have announced one means nothing... maybe it is you who needs to attend a course..
