Not an accountant but a lowly tradesman so maybe you can help me out here
Does it really count as 'burning a million bucks' when the trade and receivable increased by $500k over the period? Doesn't that extra $500k turn into cash eventually (Presumably within 90 days or so)?
If that is the case, burning $250k a quarter for a co with an EV of $1.5m and an established client base seems alright to me
Really, even if it's $500k a quarter, I've certainly seen much worse
