Ultimately if Kalina tech is sufficient to generate an acceptable return, it doesn't actually matter if rankin cycle is better (very debateable and project specific) for the current business model as we are building new projects rather than submitting tender for a bolt on heat capture that needs to compete directly against rankin cycle tenders.
