Everything depends on the upcoming FDA meeting, MSB is rolling everything on the hope that the FDA approves the paeds indication on the third try, despite not generating any new data (just reanalyses of the old data one more time).
Even then, they'll need a cap raise, but at least it would be at a higher price, and then MSB would finally have a product - then the game begins.
I will be very surprised if the FDA doesn't require data from the adult trial. And then there aren't many options for funding - how many times will instos continue to bite after seeing their losses from previous attempts?
