Thanks for the detail. The difference between your analysis and mine appears to the amount left to sell. In their presentation released yesterday (p9) they state there is 5.9MW left to sell. I definitely agree that if there is 26MW left to sell it makes a big difference - so can I ask you where you get the 26MW from?
