They build out their internal data halls in stages. The 5.9MW is what they have currently built out internally but there is significant room to build more data halls. This is what they mean by linking capex to demand - most of the base infrastructure capex was spent in the early years - the rest of the capital expenditure should generate very high incremental return on capital
