Heavy cash conservation mode? What you mean they've fired the tea lady? There is no tea lady to begin with, they share an office with another company ROX resources and run on a shoe string as part of normal operations.
Where is your evidence that the conservative mode is any different, in that AZS doesn't waste money anyway?
Why can't you see that they're busy managing and directing both JV's exploration activity?
