A re-read of the BARDA announcement helped me understand that there was significant financial support for Avitas' ongoing operations not just support for trials and FDA approval.
Reimbursement when it is first of a kind can take some time and effort but definitely achievable with supportive BARDA relationship and the right people on the ground. Lets hope they can keep hitting the milestones.
