Just a wonderfully managed company. The land and buildings value is like a hidden gem, I've wondered at times if we will one day see it spun out ala Bunnings Property Trust.
I think I'm done for the season (DLX & SOL are out of season). I'm a bit dizzy after today (FLT, IVC, PTM, REH, SDI). Actually one of the interesting points out of IVC was the increasing value of their property holdings. Will be spending an easy friday reviewing all the results.
