Once again you show your complete ignorance of the market in which SAS is operating. This is Africa and, apart from your passive-aggressive "sotto voce" racism, the infrastructure is not the same as Australia. Talk about having a narrow field of vision!
I assume that you believe that, because the roads are dusty and there are bicycles for sale on this road, that it must be "sooo backward" (readers, insert appropriate 16 year old girl lisping to the bit between the parentheses)!
Do yourself a favour and try to make a dent in your ignorance and Google "harmattan". The dusty roads are absolutely normal at this and, to be honest, many other times of the year.
I was actually pleasantly surprised to see a decent metalled road surface with deep and pretty clean/clear storm drains! Yes, it also rains very heavily sometimes too!
Do yourself and the rest of us a favour and stop embarrassing yourself with your snide comments and mis-informed opinions.
I do remember correctly that you were part of the amateur team that constructed a total failure satellite very close to Disneyland in Florida? yes?
I guess that might explain some of your Mickey Mouse theories then.
It still does not explain why you are so negative on this stock, apart from the obvious down-ramping attempts.
This is a significant announcement from SAS and a feather in their cap. In sub=Saharan Africa, many countries control their food production through Governmental food agencies who buy at the macro level from small scale farmers in order to consolidate it into a food reserve.
this takes a lot of coordination and the presence of this technology will ease that and even enable instant credit to small scale farmers (usually unbanked) who can then withdraw their cash from any ATM using the cardless system (perhaps also powered over the SAS network as it will be able to reach where other cellular operators have not!).
