EBITA numbers were announced in Dec Quarterly reports. So most of the Investors were about the EBIDTA number. Management has decided to go for 50% of EBIDTA as the dividend which is still conservative. Next half year EBIDTA will be in the range of A$ 800 to A$ 900 million due to strong coal prices. With similar principles we can expect final dividend payment of 50 to 60 cents. For single product companies like coal it is much easier to predict the cash flow and likely dividend. SP for most of coal companies are hugely undervalued due to the historical reason of large investment funds inability to invest in these companies. It is good short to medium term opportunity for retail investors and SMSFs. DYOR
