Ive asked the company the Q, but i think theres a max of 118m shares that can be issued
i dont quite get how the dividend reduces the conversino price - if we pay out more than $2.10 in divvies is the conversion price 0? then what happens, the convertible note holder gets 118m in shares and a return of capital?
