CDFS has unaudited $14mil revenue and $954k EBITDA.

This quarter ending 31 Dec will see about 77 days of CFDS contributing, so we could suspect very roughly $2.95mil additional revenue and $201k EBITDA in the 4C, which is a huge increase relative to the last reported receipts of $1.99mil.

All of a sudden a market cap sub $20mil will seem awfully cheap.
