JNO is already out and has new shareholders. That decision was Priyank's. In any case, JNO has no access to transportation/logistics, so not much to do at this point.
JMS need to do consolidation deals but deals are not so straightforward in downturns. Quality competitors don't want to be bought at the lows. The best way to do M&A is to use a very expensive stock. We certainly are not there.
