They don't know, because they've never done any analysis or testing. It's not a matter of simply digging it up and sticking it in a battery.
JMS management have said exploring if its suitable for battery usage forms part of strategic direction of the company, but they will be a long way behind the other players in this space. JMS and Tshipi's predominant focus seems to be the ore business and consolidation.
