Pay particular attention to section 3(i) - going concern. Pages 19 to 21.

Spoiler alert - "These material uncertainties related to future events give rise to significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern and realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in an orderly manner at the amounts stated in the financial report."
