With the numbers in this report still looking terribly sick, 114mill tax loss, barely making a profit, I would suggest its not he numbers we should to be looking at. Its the debt restructure details at the back!

as stated these are the hurdles Atlas need to jump over in the next 9.5 weeks!

1 -Need court approval by March 4th to start the scheme meeting. it was stated "this deadline is not expected to be met" which allows individual debt holders to exercise their right to terminate.
2 - scheme meeting vote by the debt holders
3 - shareholders vote to approve the scheme (need to give 4 weeks notice for this meeting!)
4 - Court hearing to approve the scheme as voted on in points 2 and 3

If all this is not completed in 9.5 weeks, the restructure deal terminates and the 2-1 assets to debt covenant will become relevant again

Current assets as shown in this report 177million AU. versus 355million AU debt. They need another 533million AU to pass that covenant test at an absolute minimum. So obviously, they wont pass this covenant test if the restructure deal fails

Big 9 weeks coming up for CitWa. Can he jump all the hurdles and make the stars and planets align? will all the many parties continue to be as charitable as they have been. there are so many ways this could all fall over in the next 9 weeks.
Keep in mind the contractors haven't been paid for last month and this month too, with it being delayed till April to make the cash balance look better and stay above the critical 55million. Royalty rebates stop and start to be repaid in April as well. Both adding more reason for all the dominos to fall over

share price rise to today? pure speculation. It wont last
