It looks to me like they have 107Mill cash and they owe 354 Mill.
They are losing over 100Mill per year and they have very questionable assets.
The loss over the next twelve months is most likely going to be much higher
than just reported if the IO price drops.
We normally get a bounce in the IO price this time of year follewed by a big
drop because of the cyclical nature of the Chinese steel industry.
There is no reason to expect anything different this year.
Looks like a pump and dump to me, maybe someone else who is rational knows
