    Cut out the middle man? lol. NBNCo is the middle man and you can't cut them out. Other ISPs are selling NBN close to cost price.

    I'd say reconsider, ARPU is likely to be squeezed a bit more with players like Kogan, Yomojo, Aldi Mobile and even AYS owned Vaya.
