Interesting to see that Nigel Batters is still signing off the FGF accounts as an independent auditor when he was previously presented as the Chairman of Cloud Lumen. This goes well beyond what should be considered proper corporate governance. But then again, no surprises when certain characters are involved here. What is astounding is the lack of action that Pitcher Partners has taken on this issue.
