Er ... exactly.  It's why I believe a holder simply had no choice but to liquidate his/her holding today because cash was needed for something.  Just a few one-off large sales caused the line wipes ... it was not sustained selling of a number of smaller parcels as holders ran for the exit. 
The fundamentals remain unchanged. When the China/USA trade dispute is finally resolved after Trump and Xi sign a new deal in the near future (and indications are looking positive that it will happen) that's when GV's statement of "not if, but when" will come to fruition because the political climate will be condusive to making such an announcement ... all in my very humble opinion.
