This does look bad - but they have mentioned on a couple of occasions that they are wanting to leverage their funds in high potential return areas such as China.
They have also made the point that they will be reducing/'reviewing' the Australian expenses even more this quarter and getting rid of the Sydney office could be one a lever they have decided to pull?
