Perhaps downsized due to new working arrangements with everyone in AU working from home?

And still requires an address for the company and SCM (they've closed those offices, and now refer to number 65 as well) to be listed at.

I mean if you don't need the office space / don't have lots of local staff, why maintain a commercial property presence.

Just surmising as to why.
