Wasn't actually trying to imply anything this time, I was just pointing out the facts, in fact I somewhat defended the decision to move, if there's no staff, or requirement to keep a serviced office open, then why bother if staff can work at home, and there's no local clients that need to visit, and the local dev team doesn't need to be in the same room.
