re: Ann: Half Year Report and Financial State... The value of the business is EBITDA x 7.5. That suggests that given 12 months EBITA the business is worth $5m x 7.5, lets say $30m. After payment of all debtors and creditors there should be excess cash assets of $20m left. When I add the likely value a willing buyer would pay for the business $30m and cash at bank at 20m, I get 50m for the company. Not rocket science. Maybe I should be a valuer.
