I believe the issues are that the CEO did not reinterate or reassure their expected run rate at the recent annoucement. Also they could have expand on how their integration went and the amount of possible saving or costs as a result of integration of those companies they bought. A lack of clearity created doubts in some of the traders and hence, the sell off. Hopefully, the picture would be clearer at the next half results annoucement.
