Strong report, unfortunately released post market close on a Friday afternoon without audit sign off. Obviously they were under the pump to get it out.
I'd say a new CFO, multiple acquisitions, last weeks Covid lockdown would all have been contributing factors. Still, disappointed they didn't get this out earlier in the week.
