These are a pretty complicated set of accounts given the 5 acquisitions and a joint venture during the period. I am not that surprised the auditor has been unable to complete this process by 26 Feb. It does need time to settle out its accounts without more acquisitions, but the cash flow coming through now will make this a long term serious business of good scale in the cybersecurity industry.
