Jade69: On the one hand, an early/quick deal completed would/will be nice... On the other hand, I sense that - just perhaps - the timing to negotiate a really GOOD deal is a difficult one with the price of oil down and the RISK appetite of the big players to go for COSTLY exploring off-shore severely diminished... Best opportunities for African Petroleum naturally nearby the recent success story of finding a "new oil province" off-shore SENEGAL, I assume!!
We shall find out sooner or later.
