Good to see some of the irrational exuberance washing out. Goblin's 22.00 plus was laughable. Cain accused me of being on a high horse.
Sub $19.00 will see me begin to get interested again although the Kirkbees purchase is a worry on a number of fronts. $7 million to lock in a supply that they already had sounds like a prepayment for supply to me. tHe other worry is that Capilano are now getting away from their knitting and delving into production. This is traditionally an area that is family based with a tight rein on costs. It remains to be seen whether a corporate as Capilano now are can keep the same tight control from a head office.
